NetCheck Online

WearCheck Online is a web based service which allows customers to receive their WearCheck results on the Internet and to manage their oil analysis programme from their own computer. It also permits two-way communication, enabling customers to use the system to submit information to WearCheck, ensuring that it is immediately integrated into the system. WearCheck Online employs drop-down menus to view results, to print reports, tables and lists, and to create charts and graphs.

How WearCheck Online works
WearCheck e-mails customers the initial software and talks them through the installation process. WearCheck then generates a database of the customer's equipment and sample history, e-mails it to the customer and goes through the programme step by step.
Sample results are e-mailed on a daily basis. The customer saves the e-mail to hard disk and uses NetCheck to access the data. Results can be selected by site, equipment, component or problem severity. Sample reports can be printed immediately.

Convenient features

• Customised data tables can be created at the click of a button. These formats can be added to the menu for regular use.
• The reports can be in colour or faxed externally using a fax modem.
• All tabular reports can be exported to other applications such as MS Word, Excel, Access Quattro, Paradox, Lotus etc for inclusion into professional reports. The data can be statistically manipulated or graphically displayed.
• A chart view is provided where customers can display test results as graphed series which can then be saved or printed.
• Test results from different samples can be compared on graphs. Charts can be customized by changing the chart type, colour, dimensions, rotation, legends or titles.
• The email file can be imported into other software such as SAP or maintenance planning packages for integration into customer’s systems.

Cost
NetCheck is free of charge. Customers using WearCheck Online will no longer receive printed sample reports or faxes.
